Pat Miller’s journey spans 30 years of coaching excellence, national championships, and leadership development. A Hall of Fame coach and recognized educator, Pat brings his unique insights into leadership, culture, and performance to organizations, teams, and individuals seeking to achieve their fullest potential.

Two-time NCAA Division III National Champion Coach (2012, 2014)
434 career wins with a 72% winning percentage as Head Men’s Basketball Coach at UW-Whitewater
NCAA Division III National Coach of the Year (2012, 2014)
Six WIAC Conference Championships and Five WIAC Tournament Championships
Coached 65 All-Conference performers and 7 All-Americans
Inducted into the Whitewater Athletic Hall of Fame as an athlete (2009) and coach (2024)
